How To Process OEM/ODM？
Step 1 - Drawing Design &Evaluation
At beginning we want to developing new products it always need prdoducts design or similar reference samples .so if you have the design then you can send it to us we will evaluation the drawing to see if the drawing workable. if you do not have the drawing we can help you to make it but we need your help to provide us a similar sample for reference.
Step 2 -Molds
When the drawing are confirmed by both customer and our designer . the next step is to make the mold .the mold is for the products Produce .in a words .the mold is make sure the products can be produced exactly what you want and this is necessary for the new products developing .(But sure some of the new products do not need mold .it mainly up to what kind of the products you need )
Step 3 - Samples Test & Confirm
Once the mold ready.we will use the old to make some sample for test .then we will check all aspects of this batch samples to see if there need improve the mold .if sample meet our customer requirments then we will need our cutomer sign some confirmed sample to us for reference mass production use .if the sample not ok then we will keeping adjusting the mold till our customer totally satisfied with the samples
Step 4 - Mass production
After we received the confirmed sample and mass production order from our customer .we will start arrange the mass production .products color /size/quantity/quality will be produced based on our customer’s demand. during production we will have QC to control the quality at each steps make sure the quality are perfectly .
Step 5 - Packing
Finally, when the production are well produced we will pack the products based on our customer’s packing instruction make sure the whole products are perfectly packed.

Please send us the pattern or Logo file you want to make,then tell us the pattern/Logo ‘s size ,pantone colour,style etc.
Evaluation & Confirm
After we have received the informations from you then we will check details and Evaluation after that send you the feedback till the drawig totally confirmed.
Samples & Mass Production
After we have received the informations from you then we will check details and Evaluation after that send you the feedback till the drawig totally confirmed.
